Job description

We are looking for a qualified frontend developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web applications. You should be able to translate both customer needs and designed mock-ups into functional and appealing interactive applications.

You are a strong communicator. A developer who’s great at resource management and meticulous with their work is a plus, but being able to convey your ideas and actively strive to strengthen teamwork is essential for remote workers

You don’t get stuck in the small details of a particular feature, but rather can pull yourself up to understand what the feature globally means to the project’s scope and ultimately to our customers’ success. Time is limited and prioritizing is the key to achieving excellent results

You are organized and have great follow-through on tasks

You can work without micro-management and supervision: all team work is planned and organized in advance but it is up to you to keep the team updated on any challenges you may find and all the victories you celebrate

You put passion in everything you do and you love helping people. You care about your team, and you’re driven to enhance your personal growth along with theirs.

You like to help team members achieve their work goals

What we expect from you [technical skills]

You have 2+ years of professional experience as a full-time frontend developer

You have spoken and written English and Portuguese skills at an intermediate level or higher

You are familiar with version control technologies like Git and tools like GitHub

You have hands-on experience with markup languages

You have experience developing with applications in a Node.js environment

You have experience with CSS pre-processors like Sass

You have experience working with React and/or Vue

You have experience working with back-end teams in API’s integration

You have in-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)

You are familiar with browser testing and debugging

You have familiarity working with state management systems like Redux and Vuex

What would be nice to have [technical skills]

You like design and deliver a flawless and intentional design implementation

You are familiar with CSS structure methodologies like BEM

You are familiar with automated CI/CD processes
